The new technology always make people nervous，because of we are born to afraid of new things and environments. thanks the technology that the laundry capsules or called laundry pods can be safer than before after adding the aversive agent in the film. 

Many reports and suggestions to moms about the laundry detergent pods may harm your baby make them very worry about it's safety.  Honestly speaking the capsule is the best laundry form we now have on market and will be the next most widely used detergent type. According the information from Japan top PVA film supplier Acello and Nippon Gohsei now their products for detergent use will follow the EU requirements to add the aversive agent in the film to make it from sweet to bitter taste.By this way when children mistake the laundry pods to candies the averisve agent will release in 0.6 seconds and they fell bitter tastes to avoid accident.   

The CEO of Unimasses Group, Mr. Jiang said early this month that "after the new film come to our factory the new pods from our factory will automatically upgrade to aversive type". Now more people are getting involved in this line to help this unit dose concept spread widely and being accepted by more people.  Unit dose concept is a great idea that will help our environment getting better and people get a easy better way to do laundry works.

When people come to buy laundry detergent liquid, they usually think, thick is better. But this is wrong!

When considering a detergent, its quality should be valued by its active matter in the formula. But this cannot be seen by end users. They judge the quality for its outlook, like color, viscosity, perfume strong or not. But these are misunderstanding of the products quality. As manufactures knows people usually think like this, they add some agent in the formula to achieve the result which end users wished. But the quality has not improved any bit.

These years I’m working on the new laundry detergent capsule or named as laundry gel capsule, or laundry pods, any way it’s the same thing just called different. Buyers always ask me to make it thicker when they saw my formula looks like water. Considering this product the liquid should be made to be like water so that it can release active agent in the water as soon as possible. But they don’t agree with me, as they say that “people like it in this way”. Ok, I give it to you. At the end I have add some useless chemical in the formula to upgrade the viscosity of the liquid.

This is really funny thing. People usually prefer to believe the things they see even it’s fake.

A laundry capsule is mainly made of two parts, one is the liquid inside and another is the film outside. Why we think the laundry liquid capsule is better than normal type detergents? The reason must from the liquid inside the pouches.

Here you can see that in the formula most are surfactant. As we all know that in laundry powder formula there are more than 50% to 70% are sodium sulfate, in laundry liquid formula there are about 70%-80% are useless water. Laundry liquid capsule formula get avoid of the disadvantage of normal type detergents from the beginning. Considering it’s active matter it can reach 60-70% which is far more higher than normal type detergents can.

 Unlike laundry powder in the processing use a lot of energy to change the liquid material into dry powder. Laundry liquid capsules using less energy in processing. When using laundry powder at home we usually put a little bit more than recommended. As we don’t know the exactly amount is ok for the laundry.
